About Golden Hour Coffee
My Story
From a young age, I was always in the kitchen, creating menus and cooking for family and friends. At 14, I landed my first job at a bakery in Saskatchewan, where my passion for the food industry truly began. I went on to study Hospitality Management at SAIT in Calgary, building a strong foundation for my career. Since then, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of settings, including restaurants, hotels, golf courses, breakfast spots, fine dining establishments, and even an Irish pub in Australia. Each experience has shaped my love for the industry and deepened my appreciation for bringing people together through food.
Owning a food truck has been a dream of mine. I’ve always loved hosting, entertaining, and creating spaces where people can connect and feel welcome.
Inspired by my passion for food—and my golden retriever, Marty—Golden Hour Coffee Cart was born. I’m so excited to bring this dream to life and look forward to serving and connecting with our community.
Our Menu
We offer locally roasted coffee from Craft 42 Roasters. “Morning Glory” is a medium roast from Brazil with notes of roasted almonds, milk chocolate and lemongrass. We also offer variety of baked goods. Some items we sell include gluten free/vegan items from Big Fat Lion Bakeshop, and items from 350° Bakehouse and Cafe.
